UPN Quality Policy

At Universidad Privada del Norte we are dedicated to the comprehensive development of highly competitive professionals with an international perspective who have a positive impact on society and meet the socioeconomic demands of the country.

We are committed to educational and organizational quality and we seek the satisfaction of our students, their future employers and the community in general. We provide educational services focused on our students and the development of their abilities, which serve as a link between academic duties, research activities, social outreach and university extension activities.

We consider quality to be part of our organizational culture and we are willing to invest resources to reach accredited academic and institutional excellence. To that end, we have a Quality Management System that allows for the continuous improvement of our academic and administrative processes.

To comply with this policy, Universidad Privada del Norte has a Vice-Chancellor's Office for Educational Quality and a Department of Planning and Continuous Improvement that are in charge of the sustainability and development of the university´s Quality Management System.
