We organize this three-month program on each campus with the aim of helping unemployed graduates to quickly and effectively obtain a job or relocate, in line with their career plan, by enhancing their skills and abilities.
WHEN IS THE EMPLOYMENT ACCELERATOR PROGRAM CARRIED OUT?
It is organized once a semester on the campuses that have graduates
WHO IS IT DESIGNED FOR?
There is a limited number of spots available, so we prioritize the attendance of unemployed graduates and last-semester students. If you are interested in a career change, you can ask for advice in the Employability Office on your campus and also participate in this program if there are spots available at the headquarters.
HOW LONG DOES THIS PROGRAM LAST?
The Employment Accelerator consists of 6 biweekly sessions of 4 hours each, which are designed to map your progress and help you throughout the job search process.
WHAT ELSE DOES THE PROGRAM OFFER?
We invite companies that inform participants of their current selection processes.
WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE PROGRAM?
The professors who carry out the program are professionals with employability and coaching consultancy experience. We usually invite professors of UPN Graduate Schools, professors who are internationally accredited in Employability by Manpower, or external consultants.
